Direct Purchasing : mesuring instruments

As part of a corporate reorganization, an AgileBuyer consultant joined the Purchasing team.

The mission of the consultant was to:

  • Conduct bidding on different investments
  • Manage the purchasing part of the various development projects

  • Diagnose the purchase process
  • Propose improvements in a not very mature purchase structure

In order to carry out this mission, the AgileBuyer consultant first adapted himself to the customer structure to demonstrate a real added value. He then worked on several aspects, such as:
